so i have started a blog. somewhere i can vent about products, inform about contests, and tell you the tale of all the weird pain relief options that are suggested, and what happnds when i try them. like accupuncture... tried tnhat and my legs swelled up and went completely numb from the knees down, for 4 days.  newist suggestion - tatoo.
